Additionally, we’ll furnish suggested tour routes for your independent exploration. This information will be accessible after booking to assist you in planning your activities during your stay.

Someone will meet you upon arrival to welcome you and provide you with the keys. We’ll give you a quick tour of the space and answer any questions you may have.

Our accommodations and facilities are designed for the exclusive use of our guests. While we appreciate your desire to share your stay with others, we kindly request that you refrain from hosting events or inviting additional guests to use the pool.

• Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• Check-out is from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

We understand that your travel plans may vary, so we offer early check-in or late check-out options for a fee of USD 22.00, subject to availability. We’ll confirm if these options are available the evening before your scheduled arrival/departure.

Our flexible cancellation is outlined below:

Free Cancellation
You can cancel your reservation for free within 48 hours of booking.

Partial Refund

• If you cancel your reservation more than 21 days before your check-in date, you will receive a full refund of your 50% deposit.
• If you cancel within 21 days of your check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund of your 50% deposit (meaning 25% of the total reservation cost).

No Refund

Cancellations made within 7 days of your check-in date are non-refundable. 

Please Note: Refund processing fees may apply. Also, we are unable to make credit or cancellation exceptional in the case of weather delays or disruptions.  To ensure peace of mind, we highly recommend considering travel insurance, especially given the potential for weather shifted and storm progressions.
